When you choose to move into an Independent Living Community, you will continue to live the same lifestyle that you have become accustomed to at home, only you will have more time to enjoy your hobbies and socialize with friends, and you'll spend less time worrying about housekeeping and maintenance.

- Guest accommodations
- Elegant meals served daily, if you choose to participate
- Interior maintenance of your home, including housecleaning, maintenance of heat and air conditioning, appliances, and other repairs as needed
- Exterior maintenance of your home, including grounds upkeep, gutter cleaning, roof repair, snow removal and pest control
As a resident in one of our Independent Living Communities, you will also receive scheduled transportation to appointments and off-site excursions as well as an array of activities to participate in as you see fit.
