As we get older, many of us naturally need a helping hand – perhaps someone to help us get ready for the day, help manage our medications, or prepare special meals to fit our unique dietary needs. Sometimes that extra help is all we need to continue living safely on our own.
Our staff is here to offer a helping hand, but only when and if you need it. When you join our senior living community, we'll take the time to carefully assess your needs before recommending specific assisted living services. In fact, we use a state-of-the-art computerized assessment system (called the Vigilan Resident Evaluation Program), which helps us accurately evaluate, predict and monitor all personal care needs for each of our residents.
Sometimes our residents may require a little extra attention or assistance due to Alzheimer's, Dementia or Memory Loss. Emeritus memory care offers a unique and innovative program called Join Their Journey®.
In addition, our Director of Resident Care will visit with you on a regular basis to personally discuss health-related issues and to monitor your progress. We also work with your personal healthcare professionals to arrange on-site visits and rehabilitative therapies as needed.
Depending upon your situation and health concerns, services could include:*
